Peanut Butter Frosting

- 1 c softened butter
- 1 1/2 c creamy peanut butter
- 4 c powdered sugar, sifted
- 1/3 c heavy whipping cream
In a kitchen aid with the whisk attachment, cream together butter and peanut butter until smooth. Add in powdered sugar and whipping cream. Whip for about two minutes on high speed until light and fluffy.
Fills and frosts a 9 inch two layer cake.
One and a half the recipe if doing a three layer cake.
