Chocolate Cupcakes

- 1 c white sugar
- 2 c all purpose flour
- 1/4 c cocoa powder
- 2 tsp baking soda
- 1 c water
- 2 tbsp grape jelly
- 1 c mayonnaise
- 1 tsp vanilla
In a large bowl stir together the sugar, flour, cocoa and baking soda. In a separate bowl whisk together the mayonnaise and grape jelly. Add vanilla and water and whisk until smooth. Make a well in the center of the dry ingredients. Add wet mixture and mix just until moistened. Line cupcake tins with liners. Bake at 350 for about 15 minutes or until toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
