Caramel Popcorn

- 1 stick butter
- 1 c brown sugar
- 1/4 c corn syrup
- pinch of salt
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 10 c popcorn
Boil corn syrup, brown sugar, butter and salt for 90 seconds. Then take off heat and add baking soda. Pour over popcorn in a brown paper bag. Shake and then microwave for 90 seconds (repeat once). Spread on baking sheet to cool/harden.
