Volumetric

  • 3 1/3 c Flour
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 c Water
  • 1/3 c Oil

Metric

  • 400 g Flour
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 230 g Water
  • 88 g Oil

In kitchen aid with paddle attachment, mix all ingredients until dough comes together.  Roll into a log, then pinch off 8 sections of dough. Roll out.
