Cornbread

- 1/2 c yellow cornmeal
- 1 1/2 c flour
- 2/3 c sugar
- 1 tbsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/3 c oil
- 3 tbsp melted butter
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1 1/4 c milk
Mix together dry ingredients. Whisk wet ingredients in a separate bowl. Add wet to dry and mix just until combined. Pour into a greased 8x8 in. pan. Bake at 350 for 25-30 minutes.
