Pumpkin Muffins

- 180 g Flour
- 1 1/2 tsp Cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp Allspice
- 1/4 tsp Ginger
- 1/4 tsp Nutmeg
- 1 tsp Baking soda
- 1/2 tsp Baking powder
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 280 g Canned pumpkin
- 110 g Light brown sugar
- 100 g White sugar
- 120 g Vegetable oil
- 60 g Milk
- 2 Eggs
- 1 tsp Vanilla
Preheat oven to 425.
In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, spices, baking soda, baking powder and salt.
In a medium bowl, whisk together the remaining ingredients.
Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and whisk together just until smooth.
Pour into greased muffin cups.
Bake for 5 minutes at 425. Then reduce the temperature to 350 and bake an additional 15 minutes.
