Bran Muffins
- 1 1/2 c all bran
- 1 1/2 c milk
- 1/2 c oil
- 1 egg
- 1 1/2 c flour
- 1/2 c sugar
- 1 tbsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
Let bran soak in milk while mixing the dry ingredients. Whisk together remaining wet ingredients in bran and milk bowl. Combine wet with dry. Whisk just until combined. don't over mix.
Bake at 350 for 15 minutes
Yield: 12 muffins
