Pumpkin Muffins (Reduced Sugar)

  • 230 g Flour
  • 1 tsp Baking soda
  • 1 1/4 tsp Cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp Ginger
  • 1/4 tsp Nutmeg
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 2 Eggs
  • 75 g Sugar
  • 50 g Brown sugar
  • 120 g Oil
  • 285 g Pureed Pumpkin
  • 60 g Milk

In a large bowl, whisk together first six ingredients. In a medium bowl, whisk together the remaining ingredients. Dump the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and mix just until moistened. 

Bake at 350 for 15-20 minutes
