Blueberry Muffins

Original Betty Crocker Recipe

  • 1 1/2 c flour
  • 1/2 c sugar
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 c milk
  • 1/4 c oil
  • 1 c blueberries

In a medium bowl, whisk together dry ingredients. In a small bowl, whisk together wet ingredients. Pour wet into dry. Whisk until barely mixed. Add blueberries. Gently mix together so as not to crush the blueberries.

Bake at 400 for 15 minutes.
