Metric
- 300 g water
- 1 g yeast
- 375 g bread flour
- 8 g salt
Volumetric
- 1 1/4 c water
- 1/4 tsp yeast
- 3 c bread flour
- 1 1/2 tsp salt
Whisk together flour, yeast and salt in a bowl. Stir in water with a spoon until dough forms. Cover with plastic wrap and let sit for 6-8 hours.
Note: Can make in advance, but adjust yeast as follows:
24 hours: a pinch
12 hours: 1/8 tsp
6 hours: 1/4 tsp
Yield: 4 large naan
