Zucchini Tomato Casserole

Hullinger family recipe

  • Sliced zucchini, sauteed slightly in oil/butter on the stove
  • basil
  • black pepper
  • kosher salt
  • diced, canned tomatoes
  • parmesan cheese

Combine all ingredients. Sprinkle extra parmesan on top. Bake. covered at 350 until zucchini is cooked through and mixture is hot.
