Zucchini Tomato Casserole
Hullinger family recipe
- Sliced zucchini, sauteed slightly in oil/butter on the stove
- basil
- black pepper
- kosher salt
- diced, canned tomatoes
- parmesan cheese
Combine all ingredients. Sprinkle extra parmesan on top. Bake. covered at 350 until zucchini is cooked through and mixture is hot.
