Spicy Sweet Potato Wedges

  • Large sweet potato, peeled and cut into wedges
  • Olive oil
  • 1/4 tsp Cayenne pepper
  • 1/2 tsp Chili powder
  • Lots of coarse black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp Garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp Onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Coarse salt
  • 1/2 tsp Sweet paprika
  • 1/2 tsp Smoked paprika

Place potatoes in large ziploc bag. Add olive oil. Shake to coat. Mix together remaining ingredients in a small bowl. Pour over potatoes in plastic bag. Shake to coat. Bake at 425 for 20-25 minutes, flipping halfway. Serve with ketchup.
