Asian Slaw
Once Upon a Chef
Dressing
- 2 tbsp honey
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
- 1 tbsp rice vinegar
- 1 tbsp lime juice
- 1 1/2 tsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- scant tablespoon peanut butter
- 1/4 tsp salt, heaping
- 1 tsp chili garlic sauce
- grated fresh ginger
Salad
- Green cabbage or Napa cabbage, sliced very thinly
- Carrot matchsticks
- 1/2 red bell pepper, sliced thinly
- 1/4 c sliced green onions
- 1/4 c minced fresh cilantro
Whisk together dressing ingredients. Combine salad ingredients in a bowl and toss to evenly combine. Just before serving, mix dressing with salad.
Yield: 2 servings
