Sour Cream Pancakes

Volumetric

  • 1 c flour
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1 egg
  • 1 c milk
  • 1/2 c sour cream
  • 3 tbsp melted butter

Metric

  • 140 g flour
  • 24 g sugar
  • 8 g baking powder
  • 2 g salt
  • 52 g egg
  • 240 g milk
  • 120 g sour cream
  • 40 g melted butter

Whisk together flour, sugar, baking powder and salt. Set aside. In a small saucepan, melt butter. Remove from heat. Whisk in almond milk and sour cream. Whisk in egg. Pour wet mixture into dry mixture. Whisk just until combined.

Heat skillet to medium heat. Grease. Pour pancakes by shallow 1/2 cupfuls onto skillet. Cook through.

Yield: 6 pancakes/2 Servings
