Blueberry Buckle

Betty Crocker

  • 3 c flour
  • 1 1/8 c sugar
  • 3 3/4 tsp baking powder
  • 3/4 tsp salt
  • 1/3 c oil
  • 1 1/8 c milk
  • 2 eggs
  • 3 c blueberries

Topping

  • 1/2 c flour
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/3 c butter
  • 2/3 c sugar

Whisk dry ingredients together. Whisk wet ingredients together. Combine. Gently fold in blueberries. Pour into greased 13x9" pan. Mix together all topping ingredients in kitchen aid with paddle until crumbly. Sprinkle topping over batter. Press down slightly.

Bake 45-50 minutes at 375 degrees.
