Maple Syrup

Metric

  • 520 g water
  • 4 tsp maple extract
  • 1/4 tsp butter extract
  • 2.8 g salt
  • 300 g sugar
  • 3.4 g cellulose gum

Add warm water, maple extract, and salt to a blender. In another bowl, throughly mix sugar and cellulose gum. While the blender is running on low speed, add the sugar and gum. Mix until the sugar has dissolved (about 2-3 minutes).

Makes enough to fill a 24oz bottle of syrup.
