  • 40 g ketchup
  • 30 g white vinegar
  • 3 g apple cider vinegar
  • 30 g dark brown sugar
  • .5 g salt
  • .15 g black pepper
  • .1 g red pepper flakes

Volumetric

  • 1/4 c water
  • 2 tbsp ketchup
  • 2 tbsp white vinegar
  • 1/2 tsp apple cider vinegar
  • 1 1/3 tbsp dark brown sugar
  • 4 pinches salt
  • 2 pinches black pepper
  • 2 pinches red pepper flakes

Add all ingredients and mix for minute or two until sugar is dissolved.
