- 40 g ketchup
- 30 g white vinegar
- 3 g apple cider vinegar
- 30 g dark brown sugar
- .5 g salt
- .15 g black pepper
- .1 g red pepper flakes
Volumetric
- 1/4 c water
- 2 tbsp ketchup
- 2 tbsp white vinegar
- 1/2 tsp apple cider vinegar
- 1 1/3 tbsp dark brown sugar
- 4 pinches salt
- 2 pinches black pepper
- 2 pinches red pepper flakes
Add all ingredients and mix for minute or two until sugar is dissolved.
