Baked Ham and Cheese Sliders

Sandwiches
- 2 Bags of dinner rolls from Papindos (10 in each bag)
- 1 kg small boneless ham, sliced thinly
- 10 Slices Edam cheese
- 10 Slices Smoked cheddar
Melted Butter Topping
- 1 1/2 Sticks butter
- 1/4 c Brown sugar
- 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
- 1 tsp Onion powder
- 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1/4 tsp Salt
- 2 tsp Poppy seeds
Assemble sandwiches in sheet pan with sides lined with foil and parchment paper: Cut each roll in half. Put each of the bottom buns on the sheet pan. Top each with ham and a half slice of each cheese. Place the tops of buns on sandwiches.
In a small saucepan over medium low heat, whisk together all the topping ingredients until butter is melted and brown sugar is mostly dissolved.
Brush tops and sides of of each sandwich with butter mixture.
Bake at 350 for 10 minutes covered with foil, then uncover and bake for 10 more minutes.
*Note: You can assemble the sandwiches in advance and store them covered in the fridge or freezer. When ready to bake, thaw and brush with butter topping before baking.
