Blueberry Sauce

  • 3 c fresh or frozen blueberries
  • 1/2 c sugar
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp cornstarch

Combine all ingredients together in a saucepan over medium heat. Bring to a boil; cook until thick and syrupy, about 4 minutes. Serve warm with pancakes or cold with cheesecake.
