Crab Rangoon
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 3 tbsp sugar
- 1 tbsp grated onion, juice and all
- 1/2 package imitation crab
- 20 wonton wrappers
- oil
Mix together cream cheese, sugar, onion and crab. Fill wonton wrappers. Seal. Fry in oil.
