Yogurt

Save 2 tbsp of yogurt starter for ever 1 quart/liter of milk.

Pasteurize milk in the Instant Pot, then let it cool to 112 F. Mix in the starter. Set the Instant Pot to sous vide and keep warm at 106 F for 4.5 hours. Optionally, transfer the milk to a container and sous vide the yogurt in the container while it’s submerged in a water bath inside the Instant Pot.
