Shredded Beef Enchiladas

  • Shredded beef
  • 6 Large tortillas
  • 1 Large can red enchilada sauce

Pour a thin coat of enchilada sauce in the bottom of a 13x9 inch pan. Mix beef with about 1/2 c. sauce. Divide beef evenly into tortillas and roll up. Top with remaining sauce. Bake at 375 for 15 minutes. 

Serve with sour cream, avocado, shredded lettuce, diced tomatoes and refried beans.
