Pot Roast with Carrots and Potatoes

  • 1 kg Pot roast
  • 1 c Water
  • 3 Beef bouillon cubes
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • Carrots, thick slices
  • Potatoes, large cubes

Place first four ingredients in a dutch oven. Bake at 250 for 2 hours. Add carrots and potatoes. Bake for an additional 2 hours.
