Shredded Beef

  • 1 c Water
  • 2 Beef bouillon cubes
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1 kg Pot Roast

Put all ingredients in a dutch oven. Bring to a boil. Cover and reduce heat as low as possible. Do not open lid. Cook for 4 hours. Shred.

Makes enough for 3 meals
