Shredded Beef
- 1 c Water
- 2 Beef bouillon cubes
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1 kg Pot Roast
Put all ingredients in a dutch oven. Bring to a boil. Cover and reduce heat as low as possible. Do not open lid. Cook for 4 hours. Shred.
