Korean Beef
All Recipes
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1/2 lb 93/7 ground beef
Sauce
- 3 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp rice vinegar
- 1/2 tsp sesame oil
- 1 tbsp sesame seeds
- 6 tbsp brown sugar
- 1 tsp crushed red pepper flakes (1/2 for milder sauce)
- 3/4 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 tsp ground ginger
- 3/8 tsp garlic powder
Brown beef in sesame oil. Remove from heat and drain grease from skillet.
Whisk together all of the sauce ingredients. Add sauce to beef and cook until bubbling. Let everything simmer for 3 minutes.
Serve over rice.
Yields enough for 3 cups of cooked rice, about 2-3 servings.
