Philly Cheesesteaks

  • Shredded Beef
  • Green peppers, cut into strips
  • Onions, sliced
  • 4 Slices American cheese
  • 2 Sub rolls

Saute peppers and onions in a little oil. Transfer to a bowl. Add beef to skillet and four slices of American cheese. Stir until cheese is melted. If too thick, add water. Stir in peppers and onions. Serve on sub rolls with mayonnaise. 

Yield: 2 large sandwiches
