Chipotle Stewed Beef

  • 2 lb Stewed beef cubes
  • 7 oz Chipotle peppers in adobo sauce
  • 3 c Beef broth
  • 1 tsp Chili powder
  • 1 1/2 tsp Cumin
  • 3 Cloves minced garlic

Bring all ingredients to a boil in a saucepan. Reduce heat to a simmer. Cover with lid. Cook for two hours. Uncover. Stir. Cook for an additional hour on low until meat is beginning to fall apart and sauce is thickened.
