Shredded Chicken

  • 2 kg Boneless chicken
  • 1/2 c Water
  • 2 Chicken bouillon cubes

Put all ingredients in a dutch oven. Bake at 250 for one hour. Shred in Kitchen Aid mixer. 

Yield: 6 c/750g chicken, enough for 3 meals; freeze 250g portions in sandwich bags
