Chicken and Stuffing Casserole

- 1/2 (145 grams) 10.5 ounce can of Cream of chicken soup
- 1/4 c Sour cream
- 2 c (250 grams) Shredded chicken
- 1/2 (88 grams) 6 ounce box of Stuffing
- 1/2 + 2 tbs. Hot water
In a medium sized bowl, whisk together condensed soup and sour cream. Stir in chicken. Pour into greased 8 inch casserole dish. In a small saucepan, heat water on the stove. Stir in stuffing. Cover and let sit for a couple minutes. Spoon stuffing over casserole.
Bake uncovered at 400 for 20 minutes.
