Onion-Crusted Chicken
(not sure, but we all love--especially Sharon)
Note from old recipe card: Jan '88--Great
- 4 chicken breast halves, skinned and boned
- 1/4 tsp S & P
- 1/2 c butter, melted
- 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp dry mustard
- 1 2.8 oz can Durkee fried onion rings, crushed
Pound out chicken. Sprinkle w/ S&P. Combine butter, Wor sauce and mustard. Dredge chicken in butter mixture and then dried onions. Place in 13x9x2 pan and top with remaining onion mix and butter. Bake 350 30 min
