Note from old recipe card: May '00--very good
- chicken drummettes
- 1/2 c flour
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp pepper
Hot Sauce Recipe
- 1/4 c butter
- 1/3 c TX Pete Hot Sauce
Coat chicken pieces and fry approx 8-10 min on each side. Toss in hot sauce mixture. Laura has a real good recipe for "frying" drummettes in oven after coating them with some kind of cornstarch mixture.
