Potato Soup

  • Onion, diced
  • Celery, diced
  • Butter
  • Chicken broth
  • Potatoes, peeled and cubed
  • White pepper
  • Salt

Saute onions and celery in butter. Add chicken broth. Stir in potatoes. Cook until potatoes are tender. Transfer to blender. Blend until desired smoothness. Pour back into pan. Add white pepper and salt to taste. 

Stir in sour cream if desired.
