Pork Chop Bake
Jer's mom (Feb '93-excellent)
- 6 pork chops
- 1 can cream of celery soup (or mushroom)
- 1/2 c milk
- 1/2 c sour cream
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- 24 oz pack shredded has browns, thawed (or 5 medium pot shredded)
- 1 c shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 can french-fried onions
Brown pork chops. Combine soup, milk, sour cream, pepper and 1/2 tsp salt. Add potatoes, 1/2 C cheese and 1/2 can onions. Spoon mixture into 9x13 inch baking dish. Put pork chops on top. Bake covered at 350 for 1 hour. Top with remaining cheese and onions. Bake uncovered 5 min longer.
