Stir Fry

  • 2 anaheim peppers, cut into strips
  • 1/2 small onion, sliced into rings
  • 1 tomato, chopped
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 2 tsp sesame oil

Cook rice. In a skillet, saute peppers in vegetable oil for a couple minutes. Add onions. Cook until peppers and onions are soft. Add tomato. Heat through. Stir in soy sauce and sesame oil. Pour vegetables over rice. Sprinkle more soy sauce on top
