Peach Crisp

- 6 yellow peaches
- 1/2 lemon, juiced
- 1 tsp cinnamon
Crumble
- 1/2 c steel cut oats
- 1/2 c almond or coconut flour
- 1/2 c ezekiel cereal
- 1/2 c monkfruit brown sugar
- 4 tbsp cold butter, diced into small cubes
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- few shakes of salt
Slice peaches (no need to peel). Toss with lemon juice and sugar in ungreased casserole dish. In separate bowl, mix together all ingredients except butter. Mix in butter until crumbly. Pour over peaches. Bake at 350 for 20 minutes.
