Keto Pecan Pralines
Butter Together Kitchen
- 1 c chopped pecans
- 1/2 c golden monkfruit (brown sugar substitute)
- 1/3 c butter
- 6 tbsp heavy cream
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
Place pecans in baking dish, and bake at 300 for about 10 minutes until fragrant and toasted. Meanwhile, melt butter in a small saucepan over medium heat and whisk in remaining ingredients. Let bubble for five minutes. Stir in pecans. Grease 9 regular muffin holes with butter. (Or place cupcake liners in 9 holes and spray with cooking spray.) Evenly pour in praline mixture. Place in freezer for at least 30 minutes to allow to set. Store in the fridge.
