R.R.'s Grilled Jumbo Shrimp

- jumbo shrimp, easy peel, deveined)
- EVOO
- 1/4 c butter
- coarse salt
- lemon juice of 1 lemon
Grill shrimp. Sprinkle salt generously over shrimp and toss. Drizzle EVOO in pan. Melt 1/4 C butter and add lemon juice. Pour over shrimp and coat.
