Noodles Alfredo

Better Crocker p 226 (Note: Oct '91-good)

  • 8 oz wide egg noodles
  • 1/2 c butter
  • 1/2 c cream
  • 1 c grated Parm cheese
  • S & P to taste

While noodles cook, melt butter and cream over low heat. Add cheese and S&P; keep warm. Drain noodles and pour sauce over, stirring gently to coat.
