Hot Fudge Sauce
Scofield Cookbook p 367 (1/96--very good, gets thicker after chilled)
- 1 c sugar
- 1/4 c butter
- 3/4 c milk
- 3 tbsp cocoa
- 1 tbsp Karo syrup
- 1 tsp vanilla
Mix sugar and milk together. Bring to a boil. Boil for a minute. Add cocoa and butter. Boil for a minute. Add Karo syrup. Boil for 2 min. Let stand; then add vanilla.
