Oven Baked Ribs and Dry Rub

  • 1/3 c dark brown sugar, packed
  • 1 1/2 tsp smoked hot paprika
  • 1 1/2 tsp hungarian sweet paprika
  • 1 1/2 tbsp chili powder
  • 1 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • 1 1/2 tsp kosher salt
  • 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper, scant
  • 1/8 tsp cumin
  • black pepper
  • 2 1/2 lb pork ribs (2 - 2.5 lb)

Mix together rub ingredients. Rub deeply into both sides of ribs. Wrap loosely in foil but seal completely. Bake at 215 for 4-5 hours.
