Oven Baked Ribs and Dry Rub

- 1/3 c dark brown sugar, packed
- 1 1/2 tsp smoked hot paprika
- 1 1/2 tsp hungarian sweet paprika
- 1 1/2 tbsp chili powder
- 1 1/2 tsp onion powder
- 1 1/2 tsp kosher salt
- 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper, scant
- 1/8 tsp cumin
- black pepper
- 2 1/2 lb pork ribs (2 - 2.5 lb)
Mix together rub ingredients. Rub deeply into both sides of ribs. Wrap loosely in foil but seal completely. Bake at 215 for 4-5 hours.
