Hash Brown Casserole

All Recipes "Jill's...Casserole"

  • 1 lb plain frozen, shredded hash browns
  • 4 oz sour cream
  • 4 oz shredded sharp cheddar
  • 1 tsp dried minced onion
  • 1/2 can cream of chicken soup
  • 2 tbsp melted butter
  • coarse black pepper
  • salt
  • 1/2 c coarsely crushed corn flakes

Mix together all ingredients except hash browns and corn flakes. Stir in hash browns until everything is thoroughly mixed. Pour into pan. Even out the top. Sprinkle with crushed cornflakes. Bake at 400 for 1 hour or until top is brown and middle is heated through.
