Blackened Chicken Alfredo w/ Sun-dried Tomatoes
Chicken
- 1 chicken breast
- Old Bay seasoning
Alfredo Sauce
- 2 tbsp butter
- 2 tbsp flour
- 1 1/2 c milk
- 2 garlic cloves
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp Old Bay seasoning
- 1/4 c cream
- 1/2 c parmesan
Tenderize or butterfly chicken, then coat in Old Bay. Set aside.
Over medium-high heat, make a roux by melting butter and stirring in flour. Add milk, minced garlic, salt and Old Bay to the roux. Once the sauce just starts to bubble, add parmesan and cream, and cook until the cheese has been melted and incorporated thoroughly.
